LCV refrigeration  pasteurizer Vat/ Boiler Tank make compacct Design to reduce total bacterial count. In this machine automatic precision control for process. It is used to  Pasteurize milk/ Ice Cream Mixture and glycol jacket construction de to proper and equal heating this machine available in LPG and Electric.

LCV refrigeration  Filter make complete stainless steel and it will be connect to pasteurizer  between homogenizer . There are two meshes for efficient filtering.  It is complete filter ice cream mixer.

LCV refrigeration  Milk Pump  make complete stainless steel 304 and milk pump & filter attached as pasteurizer and homogenizer.

LCV refrigeration  Plate heat exchange use  for chills milk or ice cream mix at set temperature made from food grade stainless steel plates. There are two division the first for tap water and second for chilled water easy to use and clean becomes operational after attachment.

LCV refrigeration  Ageing Vat use for milk store or ice cream mix at maintained temperatures 4 degree Celsius  heat exchange use  for chills milk or ice cream for specific time comes in configuration of 100-2000 L capacity available. Whole tank is fabricated in stainless steel 304

Single line Rotary type with PLC and capacity of machine is  3000 pcs/ Hr.  , ice cream Filling Quantity 40 ml to 150 ml   with power requirement  is  1  HP ( Three phase Gear motor & 7.5 Air Compressor ( Three Phase).
